Obama's intentional internal destruction of America is his agenda and ultimate goal. Thus Obama's intentions and agenda to fundamentally transform America from a US Constitutional Republic, into a Socialist-Marxist authoritarian regime, is playing out exactly how he wanted it to play out. Obama is anti-American, and wants nothing less than the complete economic, social, political, and military collapse of the United States of America.
The damage from Obama's policies are absolutely devastating to America, America's economy, America's political system, especially to the US Constitution, as his goal is the absolute gutting of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, stripping away our protections of Freedom and Liberty, which is now all at risk of just that, being stripped away forever, just like Hitler's Enabling Act on March 23, 1933 that stripped way any and all Rights and Freedoms of the citizens of then Nazi Germany.
And in addition to all of this is the dissolution of America's ability to defend itself, via Obama's gutting of the Defense Budget, his dismantling of America's Nuclear arsenal deterrent, and the downgrading and neglect of our US Military equipment and infrastructure, which has been, and is currently being completely gutted out, which will result in the eventual collapse and destruction to our US Military, thus our US National Security, thus the free world's Security, and the very core of our Democratic Republic itself will be gone, and forever lasting, and the world will be ripe for another World War with China, Russia, Iran, etc, leading the way. And of course will be the death of Israel in the wake of America's demise.
This Nation of America and all that she represents, Individual Freedom, Liberty, Democracy, the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights which guarantees these Rights, Freedoms, and Liberties to the Sovereign American citizens, aka the People, and limits the federal govt's authority and power over the people with checks and balances of each branch of the federal govt, against each other, has been usurped. The federal govt, in particular the 2008-2010 111th US Congress under Pelosi and the White House under Obama, and now the 2012 US Supreme Court under Justice Roberts, had all at one time or another in this time span, combined to conspire against the People of this Nation. Obama and his henchmen, have utterly reeked anti-Democracy, Freedom, and Liberty havoc on America, and have unleashed the horror of a tyrannical all powerful authoritarian socialist-marxist govt. rule over America and it's sovereign citizenry, aka the People, which does what it wants, to whomever it wants, whenever it wants, at will, and with complete and total impunity, without consequences for it's actions against the People.
How much more clear can it be, as from the stand point of- if he wanted to improve the economy, he could have, and would have, if he really wanted to. He does not want to. Obama wants the complete opposite, and for people to not understand this concept and point based on the facts of evidence that points directly in that direction, then they are either naive and ignorant beyond all belief, or they are part of the Obama game plan.
This is what we, the patriotic American Tea Party Constitutional Conservative people are now up against, faced with, and fighting against. But we will not give in, or capitulate one inch, as this fight is far from over. However long it takes, and by whatever means it takes, as we must take back our govt and country, and restore the US Constitution as the law of the land once again to be adhered to and upheld, and that means removing from office and power all those who have stepped on, and destroyed those Rights, Freedoms, and Liberties, and install only constitutional conservative leaders to lead the Nation.
This is of the utmost imperative, as nothing more than our very Freedom and Liberty's existence of and for ourselves, our children, our children's children's, and our Nation's Constitutional Republic are at stake. This is not a game, as this is what consequences of elections can have, dire consequences.
For instance- This is the absolute abhorrent and egregious part of The Affordable Healthcare Act, aka Obamacare, and it's massive govt power and authorization, and now legal Jurisdiction over the people of America, thanks to US Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.
Section 3403 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) established the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) to reduce Medicare spending. This panel of 15 independent, unelected bureaucrats with unilateral authority and whose decisions are freed from judicial and administrative review will most certainly cut payments to physicians under Medicare, will limit patient access to, and quality of, medical care.

There is much talk in the wake of the recent Supreme Court “it’s a tax” indigestion that the Senate can now repeal the individual mandate without fear of filibuster. Perhaps. But repealing the mandate/tax wouldn’t rid us of one of Obamacare’s most dangerous big-government intrusions: the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). And therein lies a significant rub for accountable governance.IPAB is a mini government within the federal bureaucracy. Not only does it create rather than merely implement Medicare cost-cutting policy, but it has greater power within its realm than elected officials — including the president of the United States. Indeed, its “advice” is really a mandate that literally can become law over a presidential veto. Not only that, but IPAB began this year, with $15 million to be spent getting the board’s infrastructure up and running. Soon, the president will be nominating its 15 “expert” members of the board of directors, each of whom is subject to Senate confirmation.Expect these nominations to be among President Obama’s first actions should he be re-elected. Indeed, he will have little time to waste. According to the terms of the Affordable Care Act, IPAB must submit its first draft recommendations to the health and human services secretary by September 1, 2013. Its first Medicare cost-cutting goals must become law by August 15, 2014.
Why did I write “must” become law” instead of “may”? IPAB’s unique “fast track” authority divests Congress of discretion regarding the amount of money to be cut from Medicare once IPAB has submitted its “advice.” Get a load of these legislative handcuffs:
- By January 15, 2014, IPAB must submit a proposal to Congress and the president for reaching Medicare savings targets in the coming year.
- The majority leaders in the House and Senate must introduce bills incorporating the board’s proposal the day they receive it.
- Congress cannot “consider any bill, resolution, amendment, or conference report … that would repeal or otherwise change the recommendations of the board” if such changes fail to meet the board’s budgetary target.
- By April 1, all legislative committees must complete their evaluation.Any committee that fails to meet the deadline is barred from further consideration of the bill.
- If Congress does not pass the proposal or a substitute plan meeting the IPAB’s financial target before August 15, or if the president vetoes the proposal passed by Congress, the original Independent Payment Advisory Board recommendations automatically take effect.
Not only that, but Congress cannot consider any bill or amendment that would repeal or change this fast-track congressional consideration process without a three-fifths vote in the Senate. And to put the icing on the autocratic cake, implementation of the board’s policy is exempted from administrative or judicial review.
On the positive side, (for now) IPAB is not allowed to recommend health care rationing, changes in Medicare benefits, or revision of eligibility standards. But that could easily change. Indeed, President Obama has already called for "strengthening" IPAB’s policy-making power. One needn’t be paranoid to see where this could eventually lead.
The question is: What to do? Okay, here’s the plan: Elect Romney president, successfully defend the Republican majority in the House, and elect enough anti-Obamacare senators to dissolve the IPAB by a majority vote under the reconciliation process.
Sorry: Dissolving IPAB wouldn’t be a budgetary matter, meaning that even if the mandate/tax is repealed through reconciliation, that wouldn’t defang IPAB.
Alright, how about this? Keep the House, elect Romney president, and elect a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate to repeal the entire Affordable Care Act.
Dream on. But even if such an unlikely election sweep miraculously manifests on November 6, that wouldn’t necessarily lead to the board’s demise. IPAB was created to be the bureaucratic equivalent of
Rasputin: It is almost impossible to kill.
As the law now stands, IPAB can’t be dissolved before 2017, and then only by a three-fifths vote of both Houses of Congress. Oh, and the legislative stake through the heart can only be introduced between January 3 and February 1 of that year, and must be passed by August 15. Did I say handcuffs earlier? I meant straight jacket.
Whether the terms of an existing law can bind subsequent Congresses remains an open constitutional question. But getting the matter finally decided by the courts would take years. Besides, we can no longer trust judges and justices to do the right constitutional thing even when they know what it is.
Finally, opponents of IPAB can engage in blatant obstructionism. Congress can’t be forced to spend money, so IPAB could be defunded. Without money, bureaucracies shrivel. That’s probably the best bet in the short term.
This is basically the Obama's "Enabling Act", which gave Hitler is legislative legitimate dictatorial authority, power, and rule over the country and the citizens of his country.
This is now a measure of how far gone America is a once Democratic US Constitutional Republic. Can we bring it back from the brink.. Regardless of the answer, we must do it.
This is not a game people must defeat these radical anti-American liberal socialist-marxists, or forever lose whatever Freedoms and Liberties we once had as a US Constitutional Republic.
